Once they get the details of your plan, they will call you back to go over your payment options so you know what to expect up front prior to scheduling your first visit. If you don’t have insurance please call the office to hear about our payment options. Cancellation policy
Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior to your visit, you will be subject to a $40 cancellation fee. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
